Australian way of life programs introduces international students, migrants and refugees to the brief history, culture, rules and law, in Australia considering the common issues people from different cultures and countries may face in the initial period, as an individual, couple or family.

The program aims to make the transition to the new country easier and answer any concerns or doubts people may have.

International students coping with Covid.

Kulturbrille brings you the Coping with COVID Program. The program is FREE to all students and young adults, offered via Zoom. Schools and parent groups can book a session in. Young adults and students can also contact us and book a session for groups of 6 or more.

The Coping with COVID program is a 90 minute session which gives you a space to discuss, share and learn with others in the same boat. It gives you simple strategies to help you cope with the stresses of living in COVIDTimes.

We will cover topics like:

  • Effective time management
  • Motivating yourself
  • Staying positive and resilient in difficult times
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Mindfullness
  • Staying connected with friends
  • Finding your inner strengths
